Happy St. Patrick's Day! We celebrated last night with our version of bangers and mash, which was basically my German ancestry coming out with Keilbasa and roasted potatoes. My Irish effort was the Irish Soda Bread I made from scratch, not bad when slathered with butter, but what isn't good slathered with melted butter!!!
We're wearing our green and crossing our fingers, we have accepted a counter offer on a house this morning and are just hoping we can agree on a closing date.
